HOW TO SHOP ONLINE

To order by credit
card or virtual check via our secured server, simply click on the "Add to Shopping Bag"
icon (shown above) to select a desired item. To add additional items, click on
"Continue Shopping" from the Shopping Cart Page. If you need to delete
an item from your shopping cart, change the "quantity" of the item to
zero from the shopping cart page. When you are done shopping, Click on
"Shopping Bag" on the top or bottom of any page. You
will be transported to the Shopping Cart page where you can select the "Pay
by Credit Card" or "Pay by Check" option. You will then fill in all
shipping and billing information as requested. Please make sure to include a valid e-mail
address, in order for the transaction to complete.
Once you "Finalize" your order, your order will be submitted for processing.

FAX OR MAIL
Order via Fax
If you would prefer not to submit your order online, you are welcome to
print out our order form and fax
your order to us at
928.585.2136. Please make sure to provide
the following information.
1) Item numbers,
description, color, size, price
2) Your Name, Address, Phone Number, valid E-mail
3) Credit card, Credit card number, Expiration date
4) Provide the name and address exactly as it is on file with your credit
card company
5) The name and address of where you would like your package shipped.
Please
note:
We cannot ship to alternate shipping addresses unless also listed on
file with your credit card company or with written
authorization from the cardholder.
6) Provide any Special Instructions

FORMS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT
Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards which
carry the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Industry standard practices are followed. Payment total and billing address are
verified as soon as your order is received. Orders are billed at time
of Shipment. Custom items are billed at "point of sale".
Personal Checks
We accept personal checks via postal mail.
Personal checks must be made out to Serenity Designs and have your name, address and telephone number pre-printed on them.
*When payment is made via personal check, the check must clear before your
merchandise is shipped, approximately 5 - 10 business days. Returned checks are
subject to a service charge of $25, or the maximum allowed by state law.
Bank Checks
We accept certified international bank checks, made out to Serenity Designs, drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars.
Money Orders
We accept all U.S. Money Orders. We also accept International Money Orders drawn
on foreign banks and postal services in U.S. dollars, made out to Serenity Designs.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been submitted
(whether by online, fax, or mail), you will receive a detailed Order
Confirmation via E-mail to let you know your order is being processed. This
confirmation will include your order number, requested item (s), and payment
total. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation via E-mail, please contact
us.

Gift certificates can be purchased
here in increments of $25, $50, $100
and $500. The perfect gift for that special someone who would
like to select their own sexy apparel and accessories in the style, size and

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If you need to Cancel or make a Change
to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of
placing the order. We will be happy to accommodate a change or cancellation
within that time frame. Any cancellations after 24 hrs. will incur a 20%
restocking fee.

Due to continuous changes in
styles and inventory, we do not currently offer a print catalog at this time.
Our entire product line is available online for your convenience. However,
