CONFIRMATION
On the day we ship your order, you
will receive a Shipment Confirmation via e-mail detailing what was shipped, when
it was shipped, the tracking number and the estimated date of delivery.

SHIPPING
TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS
We would be happy to ship your
order to an alternate address. However, to deter fraudulent orders and for the
security of our customers, our company requires authorization from the
cardholder to ship to an address other than their billing.
We have a policy of only shipping to the
credit cardholder's billing address,
unless
the alternate shipping address is on
file or noted as an "alternate" address with the card issuer
~OR~
the cardholder
provides written authorization to us.
This policy is required and endorsed by
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover in preventing fraudulent orders. This
policy is for the true cardholder's protection, and ensures that someone hasn't
stolen your information and placed a fraudulent order going to an address other
than your billing address. If you
would like us to ship products to an address other than your billing address, we
provide 2 options:
1) Contact your bank or card issuer and have them temporarily notate your desired
shipping address as an alternate address in their records. We will acquire your
bank phone number and verify this information directly. If for some reason, you
cannot list a secondary address on your card account, then you may choose option
#2 below.
2) Print out our Charge-card
