WHAT IS YOUR
RETURN POLICY?
You may return
Leather and PVC items for a size exchange in the
same style, less
any shipping, handling and gift wrapping charges, provided a RA is requested and
the return is postmarked within 14 days of
receiving your order (*see exceptions
below). Returned items must be in their original plastic, in unworn, brand new condition with tags attached.
Exchanges are limited to one, per order. Original shipping is not refundable.
However, we do
not charge customers again to ship their initial exchange. (International customers are
responsible for exchange shipping charges). A 25% stocking fee and shipping
applies to any exceptions made on returns. Special offers
are subject
to reduction by a return, exchange or cancellation.
*Exceptions: Exchanges and store
credits WILL NOT be issued on the following ...
1)
Clearance
Merchandise (Seasonal,
Discontinued, or Overstocked)
NOT returnable. All sales of closeout merchandise are FINAL.
These items are sold at a tremendous discount and no
returns will be accepted.
These items are clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page,
shopping cart page, and
invoice.
2)
Costumes
& Wigs
NOT returnable. Costumes are eligible for size exchange only on
same costume.
3)
Latex items
NOT returnable. Made-to-order.
4)
Bondage items
NOT returnable. Applies
to restraints, whips, paddles, gags-bits,
collars-chokers, and Bound wear.
5)
"Bracli"
Panties and Teddies
NOT returnable by Law. Applies to all intimately
worn apparel. All items are thoroughly inspected
for defects before
shipping.
6) Bodystockings and Hosiery
NOT
exchangeable unless packaging remains un-opened and un-disturbed.
7)
Leather
& PVC
Leather and PVC are eligible for size exchange on
same style only. Excludes teddies, and all other intimately
worn
apparel, which are not returnable
by law.
8) Garments that we deem to have been subjected to
abnormal abuse or stress.

HOW
TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?
In order to exchange
your item or receive a store credit, simply contact us within 14 days of
receiving your order, to request a Return Authorization number. Packages
returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. *Shipping and
handling fees are not credited. Special offers are subject
to reduction by a return, exchange or cancellation.

WHERE TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?
Carefully
package the returned item(s) to properly protect the
garment (s), and enclose instructions indicating
your desire for a store credit or exchange.
Please send your package via pre-paid, insured
traceable method to ensure a safe and documented
delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost
packages or damaged merchandise. C.O.D's will not be
accepted. Make sure to send your package to the
exact address indicated in your Return Authorization
from customer
service. Depending on the merchandise
being returned, you will need to address your
package to the correct corresponding Return Center.
Once this address is received, include your Return
Authorization number on the label. *Note: Do not
send your package via UPS, they do not deliver to
P.O. boxes.

RETURN CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email
confirmation once your return is received, and your exchange or store credit has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If you need to Cancel or make a Change
to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of
placing the order. We will be happy to accommodate a change or cancellation
within that time frame. Any cancellations after 24 hrs. will incur a 20%
restocking fee and a refund of the balance. Alternatively, a customer may accept
a store credit for the full value of their item(s) which will be valid for 1 year.

REFUSED
OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package is
returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an
unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) we cannot be
held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping
charges to reship your item. If a refused or unclaimed package is no
longer wanted by the customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and a store
credit of
the balance will be issued to the customer less shipping charges and fees. Alternatively,
the customer has the option of accepting
their original order and return shipping fee(s).
