All credit card charges are billed as Serenity Designs. All orders are shipped in plain packaging giving no indications of the contents. The shipping label never mentions the word "leather" or "lingerie" so you can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address. The Return Address of our packaging will read as follows

Shopping Online with Amy's Lingerie & Leather is Safe
For your protection, we offer Secure Ordering via encrypted pages, whether paying by credit card or virtual check. Our online Secure Shopping Cart is provided by EFTSecure Cart, which offers Ssl (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data. Ssl Encryption is a method by which information transmitted across the Internet is scrambled to the point where it's virtually indecipherable by anyone attempting to intercept the data before it reaches its destination. Consumers should be wary of purchasing from any online store that does not utilize Ssl Encryption to request credit card information and other sensitive data from its customers. 

Most web browsers offer some unique method of notifying the customer that they are on a secure connection with a server which uses Ssl technology. Clues that your are on a Ssl server include locks on toolbars, keys, solid blue lines around your browser, and/or a URL that begins with https:// - the "s" indicating that it is secure. * Tip - Double clicking on a visible lock or key will reveal the validity information of the Secure Server Certificate.

In an effort to prevent online fraud, we utilize methods in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against the fraudulent and criminal use of credit cards. Please be aware that your web browser transmits a unique internet address which is used by law enforcement officials to identify you. 

In certain instances, we may request additional information to verify the cardholder's identity. This information will be kept strictly confidential and is only used to help us verify the authenticity of the credit card and cardholder. *If shipping to an alternate address other than your billing, this address must be listed on file with your credit card company, or the cardholder must provide written authorization to ship to an address other than their billing. We appreciate your cooperation in this process, as it is designed to protect the customer and our company. 

We are committed to protecting consumers from the fraudulent use of their personal information. Those who attempt to fraudulently use credit cards will be prosecuted and reported to the appropriate bank, internet service provider and state and local authorities.
