Flat Rate $54.99 for all other destinations outside the U.S.
You will receive your package in 2-5 business days from the day we ship your order.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that the above shipping options refers to transit time only. Once your order is received, there is a 2 - 5 business day processing time before your order is shipped. *Exception - Latex orders are made-to-order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for construction and delivery of your latex garment(s).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIMES

Once your order is received, there is a 2-5 business day processing time before your order is shipped. Please allow 7-28 business days in transit time to receive your package.  Most orders shipped via U.S. Airmail will arrive in the destination country within 7 days after being shipped, but please allow up to 28 days due to the unpredictability of international mail and Customs delays. Most orders shipped via Express Mail will arrive within 3 days of being shipped, but as with Airmail shipping, the postal service does not guarantee on-time delivery.

Be advised that your country may impose duties, taxes and other fees which you will have to pay before your order will be released from customs. If you are unsure and need more information, please contact your local trade or customs office for details. Customs fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Be advised that some countries prohibit import of, or impose difficult customs regulations on clothing.  If you are unsure as to whether your home country imposes restrictions, please contact your local trade or customs office for details.  It is the customers obligation to check their country's own restrictions and prohibitions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges if your package is returned to us.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 

Note: Industry standard practices are followed. Your credit card is not charged until the day we ship your order. However, the payment total and billing address are verified as soon as your order is received. 

International Bank Checks
We accept certified international bank checks, made out to Serenity Designs, drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars.

International Money Orders 
We accept International Money Orders drawn on foreign banks and postal services in U.S. dollars, made out to Serenity Designs.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

You can estimate the merchandise total in your home currency here. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and we only accept payment in U.S. dollars.  If you use a non-U.S. credit card, your bank will automatically convert to your home currency based on today's exchange rates. Banks may also charge a currency conversion fee for this service, and your final price may be affected by this. Please check with your bank to see what their policy is.

FRAUD PREVENTION

In an effort to prevent online fraud, we utilize methods in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against the fraudulent and criminal use of credit cards. Please be aware that when an order is placed, web browsers transmit a unique internet address which is used by law enforcement officials to identify you. 

The credit card AVS system is not capable of verifying international addresses. Therefore, in order to process international orders, additional verification is necessary to verify the cardholder's identity. We may request that you fill out our "Shipping Authorization" form. This information will be kept strictly confidential and is only used to help us verify the authenticity of the credit card and cardholder. We appreciate your cooperation in this process. 

We are committed to protecting consumers from the fraudulent use of their personal information. Those who attempt to fraudulently use credit cards will be prosecuted and reported to the appropriate bank, internet service provider and state and local authorities.
